Ron and Marilyn owned a home in the Ball Home subdivision of Williamsgate, a subdivision in Oldham County. The home was only 1 year old, the couple had decided to move back to California. We listed and sold the home in about 3 months. Had the market been a little better, we think we could have sold the home in 15 days, the Whitney is one of the more popular models Ball builds.
